With WhatsApp Business, WhatsApp can help you build a business presence, communicate more effectively with your customers, and grow your business.

If your business and personal phone numbers are separate, you can install WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone and register them with different numbers.

WhatsApp In addition to the features available in Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:

• Business profile: Create a business profile to help your customers find important information such as your website, location, or contact information.

• BESSINESS MESSAGING TOOLS: Use the away message to better respond to your customers to let them know you are far away.

• LANDLINE / FIXED NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a wired (or fixed) phone number and your customers can send messages to that number. If you select the "Dial" option during verification, you can receive the code over the telephone.

• You can use WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each app must have a unique phone number.

WHATSAPP WEB: You can respond more efficiently to your customers right from your computer browser.

WhatsApp Business builds on WhatsApp Messenger and includes everything you depend on, such as multimedia delivery, free calls *, free international messages *, group chat, offline messages, and more.

Note: If you restore a chat backup from WhatsApp Messenger to WhatsApp Business, you will no longer be able to restore it with WhatsApp Messenger. To revert, we recommend that you copy the WhatsApp Messenger backup on your phone to your computer before you use WhatsApp Business.

What's new in WhatsApp Web. You can now use the Chat list filtering icon to view the label indicators and filter by label when using the WhatsApp web. Filtering by unread messages, groups, and broadcast lists is not supported in WhatsApp Web.
